Internal regulations

• We will be happy to register the reservation upon receipt of an advance of 30% of the total amount on the IBAN account number: BE96 7380 0637 1205, BIC: KREDBEBB, indicating the date of stay and the name.
• Please note that the holiday home is always rented in full, regardless of the number of people.
• Special weekends (Easter, Ascension and Pentecost, 08/15, All Saints, Christmas, New Years, etc.) are only rented from 3 nights.
• Arrival on Friday from 3 p.m., departure on Sunday before 5 p.m. (Or by appointment)
• Bed linen, cleaning, water, electricity and heating are included in the price.
• To be provided by the tenant: kitchen and bathroom linen and slippers!
• There is Wi-Fi!
• Deposit 250 €
• Beds are made, please bring bath and kitchen towels. Take slippers!
• Non smoking
• No animals
